Program
Responsible for defining a structured program for two nights and three days, ensuring all activities are planned and executed on time. All logistics needed for the two days
Registration
Responsible for reaching out to every TKMCE Alumni in the US and ensuring they are aware of the event. The goal is to achieve 200 registrations.
Entertainment
A call for artists willing to perform. Singers, dancers, actors, and anyone who wants to fool around.
Food
Responsible for creating a Texas Experience in Karicode style, blending Texas offerings with nostalgic food experiences at an affordable cost.
Venue
Responsible for building our Texas Experience in Karicode style. Need comfortable venue for gathering, stage for programs, outdoor DJ area, campfire and food experience. Need to account for all ages and accessibility
Hospitality
Be the host, welcoming, checking in guest relationships, transportation and all guest-related logistics
